Mindfulness is a mind-body approach to wellbeing that can help you change the way you think about experiences and reduce stress and anxiety.

 

Ynys Môn and Gwynedd Mind offers eight week Mindfulness courses in both Anglesey and Gwynedd, and they are designed to help you understand and become aware of your thoughts and emotions in the present moment without judgement or criticism.
