SLIMMING  CAMPAIGN

By slimming with your friends at Ynys Mon & Gwynedd Mind we hope you will be able to make changes to your diet to enable you to lose weight and keep it off for life.

Our aim is to help you create satisfying meals

To help you lose weight without ever feeling hungry.

To help you feel good about yourself and in control of your life.

To teach you to help protect yourself from illness.

To help you lose weight so that you can wear whatever you choose from any clothes shop.

To help you love the way you look

To help you gain more self confidence.

We will never disclose your weight only your weight change.

FITNESS CAMPAIGN

Ynys Mon & Gwynedd Mind’s goal is to help you
become fitter by showing and
encouraging you to increase  your fitness levels week by week.  We will encourage you to do more walking and with the help of our Wii Fit Programme have some fun doing different activities.

Our aim is to encourage you to do a little more  exercise starting with 5 - 10 minutes each day.

Increase your activity levels in small steady steps.

Include exercise in your daily routine.

Small amount of exercise each day is better than doing it all in one day.

When you are satisfied and coping with your exercise try and increase it to 30 minutes per day.

We hope to encourage you to do 30 minutes exercise per day for 5 days per week for the rest of your life.
